Once your order has been processed it will be shipped out via your selected shipping method at checkout. You will be sent a tracking number for your order once it has shipped to the email that you made your purchase with.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages or items and these errors must be taken up with your local postal service office.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for paying for shipping again.

Yes, all of the cosmetic products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
While the majority of my products are free from the use of any animal products, there are a handful of products that contain products that come from animal origins. For information on specific products, please refer to the individual products and the ingredients information.
